Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Credit CRX™ ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide AI-assisted credit report analysis, dispute letter tools, and progress tracking as self-service software. You review, sign and mail your own letters; we do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf. The service is available to residents of 47 U.S. states and is not offered in California, Georgia or North Carolina. Although CRX is self-service software, we voluntarily provide a written agreement, the federal disclosures and the cancellation right below. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, for free. Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report.

The "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" disclosure is provided before you use the tools.

You may cancel your agreement without penalty or obligation before midnight of the fifth day after signing (longer than the 3 business days federal law requires) by using the Notice of Cancellation in your agreement or emailing support@creditcrx.com. Any payment made will be refunded within 10 days of cancellation.

Credit repair organizations may not charge or receive payment for agreed services before they are fully performed. We never charge or collect any fee before the agreed services for that period are fully performed. Card payments are not connected yet. Credit monitoring, if you choose it, is billed directly by the monitoring provider. All fees are shown in your written agreement.

We cannot guarantee any specific score increase, item removal, or loan or vehicle approval. Results vary based on each person's credit history. Any money-back guarantee applies only under its written terms.

You agree to provide accurate information, dispute only items you believe in good faith are inaccurate or unverifiable, keep your login secure, and not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Letters and recommendations produced by our AI are educational tools. Review every letter before sending. You are responsible for what you send to bureaus and creditors.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or state law.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
