Straight answers about how Credit CRX works, what it costs and what to expect.

Is credit repair legal?

You may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit information for free. Credit repair organizations must follow federal and applicable state laws. Accurate, current information cannot legitimately be removed just because it is negative.

How long does a dispute take?

Credit bureaus generally investigate within 30 days after receiving a dispute; some cases take up to 45 days. They generally send the results within five business days after finishing. These are investigation deadlines, not a promise of score improvement.

Can I do it myself?

Download, sign and mail your letter yourself, or choose optional Print & Mail in My Disputes for $1.83 per letter — USPS First Class only, billed separately from your plan.

Can you print and mail my letter for me?

Optional Print & Mail in My Disputes prints and mails your approved letter for $1.83 per letter — USPS First Class only, billed separately from your plan. Print & Mail is now available in My Disputes.

What does the AI do?

AI helps identify potentially inaccurate items and drafts letters using your report. It can make mistakes. Review the facts and supporting documents before submitting any dispute; it cannot guarantee credit report changes or predict a lender's decision.

What does the refund guarantee cover?

After 90 days of continuous enrollment, eligible clients with no score increase on any bureau may receive a 100% refund of service fees paid if they followed the plan and kept their account in good standing. No new inquiries, loans, credit cards or financing, missed payments, or new negative accounts. Third-party monitoring costs are excluded; see the written terms.
